  1. Characterizing the centomere location in different species to shed light on the mechanism of chromosome evolution.
  2. Identifying the genomic organization of centromere to unveil the function of centromere.
  3. Establishing the cervid BAC-based target aCGH chip to select and identify the gene related to antler development
  4. Establish the karyotype of indigenous mammals.
